baked pumpkin pasta

This is delicious. it is a martha stewart recipe that happens to be vegan and can be made gluten free by using brown rice pasta {or whatever kind of gluten free pasta you want]. I havn't eaten a baked pasta dish in years so this was a treat. Really good with all the snowy weather. thanks to katherine for posting this on facebook and always sending me recipes!! {i made my own sun dried tomato pesto by blending garlic, olive oil, sun dried tomatos, dried herbs and some canned roasted crushed tomatos.]
